Winnipeg Zombie Walk

I got held up in traffic downtown tonight for almost a half hour as the Winnipeg Zombie Walk shuffled past on their annual walk.

I was in a hurry to get somewhere, but traffic wasn't moving at all.  Rather than get annoyed or pissed off, I just rolled with it.  Luckily for me, I usually have an emergency kit in the back seat consisting of a pencil and sketch board.  You never know when such an emergency will arise!

Sadly, the pencil was blunt, and I didn't have a sharpener, so I couldn't do much in the way of detail or the blood and gore that those Zombie fans seem to get off on.  But it was fun, and a lot of people broke character as they stumbled by.

"Rrrrrruhhh..  rhhhhh... brains... zombi--HEY COOL!  THAT GUY IS DRAWING IN HIS CAR!"

One zombie reached in and smeared some (hopefully fake) blood over the page as I drew.  That's the big red streak!
Anyhow, I was aiming for a drawing of a zombie Wall Street employee, but with such a blunt pencil I wasn't able to get much in the way of tattered clothes.  A briefcase would have been a good idea, but I ran out of lead about a minute before traffic started moving again...
